- Subfloor prep — inspect, clean, level as needed
- Complete haul-off and offsite disposal of all tile + debris
- Install waterproof luxury vinyl plank (223 sf incl. waste)
- Material: THI-provided waterproof LVP
- 2 transition strips at doorways
- New baseboards — ~90 lin ft (material + labor)
- Quarter round — ~90 lin ft, nailed into baseboards (NOT the floor) to allow LVP expansion/contraction
- Counter-sink finish nails, fill holes with wood filler, caulk top edges + inside corners
- Install new tile flooring — Kitchen 10×10 (100 sf)
- Mid-grade tile, standard layout (flag if premium tile selected)
- Touch-up paint on all nail fills, joints, and caulking lines for a clean finished appearance
- Final walkthrough: vacuum floors with hard-surface attachment, inspect for gaps or defects
- Client walkthrough for project sign-off

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer acknowledges and accepts the outlined responsibilities and scope of work.
Scope: All work described in the Included Scope above. Any work not listed is not included unless agreed in writing.
Flooring material: THI-provided waterproof LVP. If customer supplies LVP, flooring line is repriced at labor-only (~$480).
Tile: Mid-grade tile at the quoted rate; premium tile selections quoted separately.
Excluded: full-wall painting, premium tile upgrades.
Notes:
**Jobsite will be left clean once completed.
Warranty:
**12 months workmanship.
